Structurer & Mechanism
This is solenoid driven plunger/piston pump, which features: compact structure, high pressure output, no leakage, mini size, ideal dynamic regulation, small flow rate, etc
Current wave for solenoid pump is usually DC half wave.
(Picture A) When the solenoid / coil is energized, plunger moves rightwards under magnectic attracting force. Consequentially, the Pressure Chamber gets bigger and its pressure lower (P<Pin ), so liquid flows from inlet to Pressure Chamber.
(Picture B) When the solenoid is deenergized, the plunger moves leftwards with pressing of spring. Consequentially, the Pressure Chamber gets smaller and its pressure higher (P>Pout ), so liquid flows from Pressure Chamber to outlet.
